What type of products do you sell?

We carry a wide variety of high-quality pet products from trusted brands, including foods, treats, toys, accessories, and other supplies your animals may need. We don’t only sell cat and dog products either. We carry supplies for all pets, including birds, reptiles, hamsters, guinea pigs, and more

How much is shipping?

We have a flat rate of $4.95 on shipping. You can get free shipping on orders over $50.

When will I receive my order?

We ship most of our orders the same day you place them or the next business day. You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 business days if you have provided an accurate shipping address. Life of Pets will not be responsible if the address you provide is incorrect and your package gets lost, stolen, or delayed as a result of it.

Do I need to sign anything when my order arrives?

Most of our deliveries do not require a signature. The carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) may leave the package at your door if you are not home to accept it. They may also choose to come back the next business day for a second attempt of delivery or ask you to pick up your package at a nearby carrier station. My order is marked as delivered, but I haven’t received it yet. What’s the problem?

If your order is marked as delivered, but you have not received it, you can report it to our customer service. We will notify the carrier and track the issue until you have your package in your hands.

Can I return an order if I’m not happy with it?

If you are unhappy with an order, you have 30 calendar days from the moment your order was marked as delivered to request a return. You can place your request via Live Chat. We will review your request immediately and let you know of our decision. Once we issue a return authorization, you must return the item in its original condition and at your cost within ten calendar days. You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning the order. Please keep in mind that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Can I cancel my order?

You can request an order cancellation via our Live Chat, but note that once you place an order, it automatically goes to our warehouse for packaging. So we cannot guarantee that your cancellation reaches our warehouse staff in time.
